Join the SpouseBUZZ Yahoo IM Group
June 24, 2007|
For those of you who want to communicate with the SpouseBUZZ authors and our guests via Yahoo IM during our live radio show, please send a request to be added to our SpouseBUZZ Yahoo IM group between now and the next show, which has been moved from Tuesday, June 26 to Thursday, June 28 at 6:00 EDT in order to accommodate a special guest. More on this later.
For the show host, trying to participate in the conversation, work the radio/phone controls, administer the Yahoo group and keep up with the IM chat can be a challenge (at least it was for me...), so whatever we can do between now and show time (like approve new requests to be added) would help us focus on other tasks during the show.
Our Yahoo IM name is spousebuzz.
We're looking forward to adding you to our Yahoo group.

Cynthia - meant to add you, but deleted you. Sorry about that. Can you resend your request and I'll do it right this time...

Hum, just checked and everything appears okay. Can you try again a little later and if it's still not working, send me your Yahoo IM name and I'll request that you add us, we'll try it that way. Sorry for the trouble, not sure what's going on.

Well first of all they need to really reflect on how military life is really about.
This might not be based on us but it needs to. Because it is named after us.

I think the show is coming off real as a Army wife pretty good. Some are back stabbers but most and are pretty good friends. It is just like a big family. You get along with some and some you don't.

I just want to talk to someone about my issues... My husband and I have been together about 2yrs. and I just caught him cheating on me for the second, the first time my step daughter brought it to my attention about her father going to the neighbor lady's house after midnight one night. But this time I saw it for myself. It hurt so bad, I feel awful!!! He will not face me, what would you do if you were in my situation? Other wives here say it's no big deal. But to me it is because I'm very spiritual and I don't want this to further affect my family in a negative way.
Help me please!!!! We have only been married for 6 months.

My wife and I watch your show together, and we think that it does a great job of showing that side of military life and the problems that go with it. The only thing that I have to ask is could you please ask the actors that play the parts of the soldiers to fix their uniforms. The berets look terrible and there are several other things that bother me about the way they wear their uniforms. It's the little things that matter. You can "google" AR 670-1 for the correct wear and appearance of the uniforms.
