Here's a twist on our "I Love This Product" category.
My husband came home from pre-deployment training at midnight last night, and when he walked in the door, I realized I had missed out on a whole new phenomenon...
The Army Combat Shirt. Be still my heart.
The last deployment, my husband was a pogue. He was offered the ACS but didn't take it because he never had to wear armor. I had no idea this thing existed until last night, and I feel like I've totally missed out.
Because it is smokin' hot.

First of all, smart idea: the ACU jacket is way too bulky to wear under body armor, especially in the Middle Eastern summer. Second of all, holy cow. This thing looks so good on my husband I couldn't even believe it.
How did I not know about this until now? I feel cheated out of months of eye candy...
May I just say that I hope this has been issued & is viewable when I see my husband next month?? :)

Uh, I'd like to see it issued as well. Hmm. Maybe I should make a "subtle suggestion" to my husband that he needs this shirt. Hehehe.

Girl, you HAVE been missing out, these have been here a while now - issued even to my husband!
BTW, I *love* the PGR flag in the background! I'm waiting for mine to arrive so I can get it signed by my PGR friends and send it to my husband in Afghanistan!

My hubs got it too, and yes...*drool*. He got them in prep for deployment. I think it's issued in that special CFI/RFI issue they do. Love them!! And they can wear them even when NOT wearing the IBFU (new, sexy IBA). Cheers Ladies!

The Marines have always had the top uniform with their dress blues.... but the Army has this one hands down, these shirts are SMOKIN!!!!

Mark got one while he was deployed too and I've never seen it since. What a shame too! I had the same thoughts. When he sent home pictures I just stared. Way to go Army!
