I love this product

While I am trying to break the record for the longest move EVER, I have become increasingly dependent on my Leatherman juice.
Need to cut through a cardboard box in one fail proof swoop, it has you covered. Need wire cutters? I am there. Need a bottle of wine opened? Why thank you for asking. Forgot where you laid the screwdriver? It has you COVERED.
I used to carry mine in my purse, until 9/11. And with increased security in airports and other events I have gotten away from carrying it with me. The moving has reminded me of what a great multi-tool this really is.

Oh I like it. I have put Jack Bauer on this. Maybe I'll get one before we PCS out of here. :D

Mark gave me a leatherman when I went to Cambodia in 1998. I still carry it with me whenever I can.
A sidenote ... I know you've done a lot of posts on the Army Wives TV show. Check out this story about Rita Odom, the woman who inspired Roxy. In real life, Rita's fairy tale has taken a dark turn ...

I lost my trusty Swiss Army Knife to a security check in an airport just after 9/11 (forgot it was in my purse and I used to carry it everywhere with me). It broke my heart to watch them toss it in a trash bin.
I keep a Leatherman in my car and I love, love, love it. Use it all the time.
During each PCS move, I pack two sets of box cutters to take with me so that we can start tearing into boxes as soon as they're unloaded. You're right, something like this is an essential tool during a PCS move.

Those things are amazing ... my aunt's mother has one and it definitely came in handy when we were helping my aunt and uncle move.
I want one ...
