Fit Club - Report In!
August 22, 2008|
I think I should say now... Be very careful not to put too much weight on when you are using the ab machine.
Bad things can happy. You probably don't want to know.
I'm back posting my fitness stuff at Spark People! It might make you feel better about your routine to know that I'm very lazy and today will only make my third gym day this week. I did plan to go yesterday, but somehow God felt that a nice raging headache would be the best way for me to start the day.
Spark people has some great tools, you can make your own fitness page, and best of all... ITS FREE!!
Also, am I the only person who is quite the vitamin junkie? I take more supplements than should be physically possible. I've calmed down a bit lately - only one multi-vitamin (with weight loss stuff), two B complexes, one baby aspirin, two fish oil pills, one biotin, one vitamin c with EsterC, and one calcium with magnesium.
Honestly, if I don't get my vitamins I get very jittery and CONVINCED that (a) my hair will all fall out, (b) I'll blow up to Michelin Man proportions over night, (c) I'll immediately have a stroke, or (d) I'll catch the Bird Flu.
Please tell me I'm not the only person with a massive vitamin routine!
Next week is the last week of summer and my gym will be closed for cleaning! What? Don't they know they are setting me off my SpouseBUZZ Fit Club routine? The last week of summer, and I'll have to get creative. Hopefully I will not be arrested for it.
How did your week go, Fit Clubbers?

Still no running but my meals have gone well. I've actually lost 3 lbs which makes me happy and also I write down my measurements once every two weeks. I'm loving the difference. The little nagging voice inside me, says I'd probably lose more if I ran but I can't for the moment hehe..
I was taking vitamins b12 and b6, late june early july.. Yeah, never again. For some reason it made me gain a bunch of weight within a week and a half and I'm not touching those again.. lol.. I've spent this entire time, trying to lose the weight I gained b'c of that and now I'm back to square 1, which is better than nothing. I guess now the real journey starts. ^_~

Trying not to think about my weight right now, LOL - it's just depressing, and there are too many other things I'm dealing with at the moment... but I AM trying to get back into our outside routines, and Kiddo's been a major catalyst, LOL - got out for several-mile bike rides to & from the park a couple times this week - yay!!! :-) Fresh air, moderate temps, and family "persuasion."

I can't seem to remeber to take pills so I am not a vitim junkie. Sorry. Asfor the work out...hmmm I have nothing to say. Next week will see me back in the gym before classes and not having a time limit set by the gym daycare. We will see how much I hurt at the next eport in.

Well only one structured workout this week. I have logged tons of steps on the pedometer as I lug stuff up and down the stairs etc... Our eating has been better, fresh food, not alot of processed, and since I haven't found the scales yet, I have no idea what the PCS move has done to my weight. I have cut out diet sodas as much as possible and wow, the bloat is gone!!
DH had to go TDY so we left yesterday to go and my sister and grandmother are meeting us there (Gma hasn't seen her youngest great grandaughter yet-1 1/2 yrs old) so this will be a fun week for me after a stressful past few months.
Have a great week and try to remember to look at what you have done, not what you havne't. God bless!
