What Personality Type are You?

|

I took a Myers Briggs personality test several years ago.  I don't recall ever having done one before but the results were interesting and explained many things.

Want to know what your personality type is?     Click here.

My results and a Myers Briggs prayers joke are after the jump and I would love to know what your results are in comments!!!

CWCID: Cassandra and the Coffee Klatch

I found that I was an ISFP:  The ISFP takes his/her energy from the inner world of thoughts and emotions. He/she prefers dealing with facts and people and making decisions on the basis of personal values.  He/She is adaptable (to a point) quiet and friendly.  He/she is interested in people , enjoying their company on an individual basis or small numbers.  He/she takes a caring and sensitive approach to helping others.  He/she enjoys the present and tends to dislike confrontation and conflict.  He/she usually acts as a very supportive member of the team.

Myers Briggs prayers:

MYERS-BRIGGS PRAYERS

ISTJ: Lord, help me to relax about insignificant details beginning tomorrow at 11:41:23 a.m. E.S.T.

ISTP: God, help me to consider people’s feelings, even if most of them ARE hypersensitive.

ESTP: God, help me to take responsibility for my own actions, even though they’re usually NOT my fault.

ESTJ: God, help me to not try to RUN everything. But, if You need some help, just ask.

ISFJ: Lord, help me to be more laid back and help me to do it EXACTLY right.

ISFP: Lord, help me to stand up for my rights (if you don’t mind my asking).

ESFP: God, help me to take things more seriously, especially parties and dancing.

ESFJ: God, give me patience, and I mean right NOW.

INFJ: Lord, help me not to be a perfectionist. (Did I spell that correctly?)

INFP: God, help me to finish everything I sta

ENFP: God, help me to keep my mind on one th - Look a bird! - at a time.

INTP: Lord, help me to be less independent, but let me do it my way.

ENTP: Lord, help me follow established procedures today. On second thought, I’ll settle for a few minutes.

I'm an ENTJ. Whenever I tell that to people they say, "Yep, that's about right."

I have no idea what they mean by that.

Apparently I'm in the same category as FDR, Richard Nixon, and Penn Jillete. Oh, and Jim Carey.

Maybe I need to work on that...

INFP here. :)

I'm an ENTJ and you're right it answers lots of questions!

I'm ESFJ...and it's pretty accurate...

Your prayer was HILARIOUS for me...because it is SOOOOOO true!!!

INFJ. hm... no wonder I drive the old man crazy!

LAW

ISFJ for me.

No surprise there.

ENFJ here . . . I'm in good company: Oprah Winfrey; Pope John Paul II; John Cusack; and more!

ISTJ -Guardian, Inspector.
me and only apparently 10% of the rest of the population. LOL so i'm not exactly the social butterfly, go figure ;)

I am an ISFJ. Pretty accurate.

ESFJ - Guardian Provider....

I can see that :)

Joining up with Barbara Walters, Sam Walton, Dolley Madison, Dave (Founder of Wendy's) Interesting!

I'm also EFSJ, but I don't see the prayer anywhere?

NM, I see mine, I had my letters mixed up. ESFJ!

ISTJ and it's so true.

INTJ here... sounds about right.
along with Stephen Hawking, Marie Curie, and Hillary Clinton ?

EFTP here... "The Teacher." (All I can think of is the DaVinci Code now...) Makes sense with my "geek streak." Let me know if you find a "prayer" for my type! ;-)

I took that test at a seminar at Pendleton. Out of 66 women, there was only one other ISFP and we even looked similiar.

Oh yeah, AFW? Law? Would never have pegged either one of you as extroverts...:)

INFJ.

Yep. The prayer is me...or is it I?

semper fi.... I'll get with you later!

LAW

INFP here ... the prayer is very true!

ENFJ was so right on!! for Soul Sista! The questions asked were throught provoking and innovative. It made me reflect on myself and who I am as individual. I have not done that in a long while... just think about ME for a few minutes through the day and I what I need to do to make me feel good, healthy and strong each preicous day we are given on this earth. I was most impressed with the fact that I was reminded of many of the positive qualities I do have and am proud of...and need to work on and stay true to myself. GREAT INTERACTIVE activity Semper Fi Wife!

I'm an ISFJ. The descriptions were quite interesting.

I am surprised that it was that accurate.

ISTJ.
Maybe. I think that I can be an Extrovert too, but it does take a lot out of me.

ENFP to the core. We did this test in my HS psychology test and aparently I haven't changed in all these years.

Although I don't really think I get that distra..... oh, I mean distracted.

I am about halfway between ISFJ and INTJ. I tested at INTJ, but my N and T were so weak I decided to read the ISFJ description, too, and it also matched pretty well. ISTJ worked to some extent, but not really INFJ.

I'm also an ISTJ. Not a surprise to me either.
