Coming Soon - For Children of Wounded Heroes

We previously discussed that a new Sesame Street DVD, designed to help injured veterans talk about their disabilities with their children, would be available in 2008. 

Initial articles stated that the DVD would be available in January.  We now have an update on the DVD release date. 

Via Military OneSource, I am told that the new DVD will be released on 29 April 2008.

Hi, my name is Rita Whaley. I am an artist and therapist and live in Chicago. I lived through the war in Germany during the first 5 years of my life, and feel a great connection to kids and parents during this time of war right now. My dad was missing for 3 years, several of my uncles died,and I remember my brave mother trying to get us through when her life was in chaos.
